The Association is a Public Non-Profit Corporation and therefore all documents are part of public record and always available for review by anyone at anytime, upon reasonable and respectful request.
1. The Certificate of Formation (formally called the Articles of Incorporation) is the document that governs the way we operate our Association as a Non-Profit corporation. Certain Federal and State government requirements direct our Association business.
2. The By-Laws governs the way we manage our Association in its day to day operations such as elections, officer duties and meetings.
3. The Deed Restrictions and Covenant governs the way we, as property owners, may use our properties, the way the subdivision shall be utilized and the process of paying to the Association our assessments.
4. The complete, current and state filed documents may be downloaded for review and printing including the new Texas State mandated addendum to our Deed Restrictions: Northshire III -RECORDED- Notice of Dedicatory Instruments
5. The Architectural Control Committee (A.C.C.) Submission form for requesting home improvements, repairs or replacement items covered under the Deed Restrictions may be printed, filled out and forwarded to the Associations’ Secretary or directly to IMC
